Job Connect offers three components:

The Information and Referral Service is a community employment information resource centre where individuals looking for work can learn more about jobs, careers, the local labour market, training opportunities and job-search strategies. This is primarily a drop-in, self-directed service.

Employment Planning and Preparation Services helps job seekers establish goals and develop action plans with the assistance of an employment counselor in a one-to-one format.

On-the-job Training Services helps people looking for work follow their own action plan, by working on a job placement, working to develop skills related to career goals, or by working towards completing an apprenticeship.
