IMRESS Customer Service Certification
This workshop was developed to train people to deliver a higher standard of customer service skills on the job. Upon completion of this one-day workshop, participants will receive an IMPRESSS Customer Service Certificate. Employment in today’s workforce is largely service based, which requires all employees to develop and demonstrate strong customer service skills.
